water outlet housing
I have replaced the water outlet housing 3 times now. It is a part that connects the radiator to the engine. The last time it broke in three pieces. What could be causing this?

Welcome to AF.
It would help to know what make/model/engine you are inquiring about. Either the area where the housing mounts is uneven, or damaged. Or you are overtighting the bolts on the housing causing it to break. Pretty common on some housings. hope that helps
