Buick Park Ave Wiring problem

I have a 94 buick park ave. The clock stays on when the key is turned off. I can get the light to go off by pulling the fuse to the HVAC and dash lights and when the car is shut off the clock light goes off. When I turn the key on the light on the clock goes on and it is reset to 12o'clock. If I pull the fuse from the radio this turns the clock off all the time. I have just changed the alternator in the car because of a burn resitor in it. Something has been killing my battery even after changing the alt. The battery was dead the next morning. I am not sure if there is a relay in line where it might be burned closed or what is causing the backfeed from the batter. Can someone help. I do not have a wire diagram either.
