Thumbs down whats not wrong with my kia?

anyone know whats happening with my kia carens? firstly i had problems with power expecially during accelleration, then the car wouldn't start. this was fixed with new spark plugs and leads, and removng the insides of the cat converter as all the insdes had travelled down the system and blocked the exhast. the car worked well for about a month until it started having occasional power problems again. then it started to overheat, the temp gauge would go up andthen return to normal and there was no coolant leaking. As expected the thermostat was replaced. once agan the car was fine for a while. now the power is poor and if revs drop below 1000rpm it stalls and as soon as he car is driven it starts overheating then normal then overheating etc. one the car stalls or is switched off it rarely restarts. the cars idle drops under 1000rpm when ever you slow down to chage gears or stopping. there are also aircon problems and door problems which i'll ask about later. thanks
