Figured out what the "clunk" sound is
So the other day I posted about hearing a "clunk" (even though I spelled it wrong the other day) sound from my front right wheel when I go over a bump or turn left in the Jeep (again, I drive a 98 Laredo 4x4 4.0L). I found out that it is the spring because I went up my driveway today and I heard the clunk and the front right of the Jeep was leaning. The spring had popped out. When I jacked up the Jeep, the spring popped back into place. So I'm hoping I can rule out the possibility of a bad spring. However, is there something that holds the spring in place from popping out like that? I've compared both springs on both sides in the front and everything looks exactly the same. I see no abnormalities. Is there something I'm missing? Help me out. Thanks guys.

Re: Figured out what the "clunk" sound is
Nevermind I figured it out. The spring clamp is not sitting in place properly.

Re: Figured out what the "clunk" sound is
My spring clamp wasn't sitting in place on the spring it was bent up not reqally doing anything at all, so I removed it, flattened the clamp out using a vise and tightened it down and it took it'shape again.
