Blinkers ON

I own a 95 Civic EX. Quick question: how do you how to keep the blinker on bright when you turn on the lights and when you signal left or right it turns the blinker completely off and on????

so when you say...

'keep the blinker on bright when you turn on the lights'

you mean the running lights?

and im not sure what you're trying to say by it turning completely off and on... it sounds like to me you're describing its job... to Blink?

once again  huh?

I *think* ( ) what he's trying o say is that he wants his turn signals to be ON, light up, together with the headlights, but at the same time still blink when he wants to make a turn. Stupid idea!

Yeah, you could make a complicated relay switch, but why? Like everyone said, use your running lights!
