- First open the hood.
- Then pop off the caps over the wiper arm nuts, indicated by the yello arrows. ![]() ![]() - Next disconnect the washer fluid lines, shown with blu arrows. - Then remove the wiper arm nuts 13mm , lift wiper off the glass to releave the pressure on the shaft, lift arm. * You may need to pry under the wiper arm by the shaft to remove the wiper arm(s) and placing something under the pry tool to protect the cowl is recomended. - Remove the push pins holding the cowl bezel down indicated by red arrows. - I would be carefull with the foam in place on this bezel its probly glued and will need reused or replaced. - Shown in the blu circles, this keeps water out of the cabin area. - Next remove the cowl cover, should look like this. ![]() - Disconnect the wire plug connector listed as "A" in Red. - Remove Motor & linkage assy bolts, "B" in yello, then pull out the motor & assy. - Here is a picture of the motor and linkage assy removed. ![]() (Thier are two parts, the motor and the linkage/transmission) - Install in reverse procedure. Part #'s you may need..... - Wiper Motor - 99-03 GM# 12365366 - Transmission(& linkage) - 99-03 GM#12363332 Good Luck
