Dashboard information center
Hello all,
My dashboard information center (the area where a picture of your car is) goes out from time to time. When this happens it also affects the fan for the A/C and Heater, daytime running lamps and the rear defrost. Today, it went out and didn't come back on. Any ideas on what causes this or what might need to be replaced? Thanks! Jeff/2001 GP GT

Welcome to AF.
You can remove the DIC and redo some solder joints on the circuit board. But most likely it is not the DIC causing your problem. Based on the symptoms it sounds more like the classic flaky ignition switch problem.
