Question 98 into 99 conversion

Now im pretty sure that its possible but can you put the front clip from a 99 GrandAm onto a 98 GrandAm?

You can but it is not a bolt on procedure.

The chassis is different on the 99'+.

Not only are the chasis different. The hood, fenders, headlights, etc. are different. You are better off sticking with what you already have.

it's not a different chassis, I will however definitely go with extensively modified. The n-body chassis definitely was lengthened and widened up a bit.
