Question 93 ford 150+current i6+going to 5.0

I was wondering what complications they may be with trying to get the ecm to read the sensors on the new possible 5.0 block since currently have i6 engine. the truck has ee something computer supposeably. would a 90 5.0 ho or non ho work with the i6's computer?

The computer and wiring will need to be replaced along with the engine.
