check engine light codes

Hi need some help understanding codes. I jumped the dianostic plug to get them i came up with-- 9 short flashes pause 1 long flash pause 2 short flashes then it cycle again is this right i'm get a coolant sensor code and a crankshaft position signal code? thanks

What year, and motor is your escort? The code types changed a couple times over the years.

1993 Escort Gt 1.8

Update-Readjusted TPS, disconnected battery, retested for codes got 9 fast flashes so must be code 09-Electronic Coolant Sensor where do i find this on a 1.8 engine.
