1990 lumina 3.1 idles, wont stay running

I have a 1990 lumina sedan with a 3.1...POS!
I have a run problem I cannot figure out. It starts and idles, but as soon as the rpm is over 1000-1200...it dies.
I have 40 lbs. fuel pressure, a new MAP sensor, new ECM....no engine codes, tested spark and injector pulse...both in specs.
If I spray carb cleaner into the throttle plates as I move the accelorator, I can get high RPM
Oh ya...and I have removed and cleaned the IAC.

HELP!!!

Do you still have 40 psi fuel pressure as it dies, or does it drop as the rpm increases? Check for fuel in the vacuum line to the FPR, as this would indicate a torn diaphram and need for a new FPR. Since it revs higher with spray, that indicates a fuel related issue.
