automatic door locks

the auto locks on my 95 cutlass cierra really aggravate me. when the car is running, even if you unlock all the doors, they automatically lock when the doors are shut. no one seems to have any clue whats going on. Im konw this group here is smarter than most so I hope you can help. I dont want to disable the power locks alltogether, just the automatic feature. is there a module somewhere? maybe a module out of an ealier cutlass would acheive this.

Do you have the owner's manual?

Some of these things can be disabled on your computer, but you need the instructions out of the book.

Also, may check if it is thinking that you are in Drive and not in Park (when u put it in gear, the locks engage) Don't have the wiring, so can't help you on that - but could be the problem.
