W.I.P. 1/8th scale box stock big deuce



The first photo shows the quick change rear axle and cover, axle housing and the rear spring, which have all been primered in White.



The second photo shows the magneto, starter housing, rocker covers, inner headlight assembly, headers, exhausts, air cleaners, radius rods and the oil caps, which have all been primed in White.



The third photo shows the headlight bar, muffler housing, gear shift lever, outer headlight assembly. front axle, inner headkight assembly and the front and rear pulleys, were all primed in White.



The fourth photo shows the brake plates, inner headlight assembly and the shock absorbers all primed in White.



The fifth photo shows the quick change rear end, radius arms and the axle housing all painted in Bright Silver Metallic.



The sixth photo shows the rear spring, headlight bar and the generator front, all sprayed in Bright Silver Metallic.



The seventh photo shows the spanners, oil sump, steering column and valley cover all sprayed in Bright Silver Metallic.



The eighth photo shows the six stromberg 97 carburettors, which were sprayed in Reddish Gold.



The ninth photo shows the oil filter, spare tyre carrier, inner and outer headlight assemblies and theshift lever housing, which were all sprayed Bright Silver Metallic. The starter and muffler housings were sprayed in Tamiya PS-5 Black, and finally the transmission housing was sprayed in Reddish Gold.



The tenth photo shows the intake manifolds, rocker covers and the muffler housings sprayed in Tamiya PS-5 Black. The air cleaners were sprayed in Tamiya TS-52 Candy Lime Green.



The eleventh photo shows the brake plates and drums sprayed in Bright Silver Metallic, the transmission housing was sprayed in Reddish Gold.



The twelfth photo shows the front grille, inner and outer headlight assemblies, which were all sprayed in Bright Silver Metallic. The generator pulley was sprayed in Reddish Gold.



The thirteenth photo shows the quick change rear end cover, license plate, gearbox housing, shift lever housing,steering column support, buumper fittings and the new starter housing ( which has replaced the black one), were all sprayed in Bright Silver Metallic.



The fourteenth photo shows the six stromberg carburettors and the air cleaners glued together. The outer headlight assembly was sprayed in Tamiya TS-52 Candy Lime Green.



The fifteenth and final photo shows the muffler, transmission and shift lever housings glued together. The exhausts and bumper were sprayed in Bright Metallic Silver. the gear shift was sprayed in Tamiya TS-52 Candy Lime Green. The generator was sporayed in Tamiya PS-5 Black, the generator front was sprayed in Bright Silver Metallic. The generator pulley was sprayed in Reddish Gold.

This photo shows the firewall panel, rocker covers, bumper, windshield frame, brackets and fixings and the pitman arms, which have been sprayed in Brilliant Silver Metallic.
The second photo shows the dash panel, quick change rear axle and cover and tie rod, all of which have have been sprayed in Bright Silver Metallic.

The valley cover, headers, dash panel, carburettor linkages, oil caps,front grille, headlight bar and pulley were all sprayed in Silver. The spanners and the cog of the gearbox were sprayed in Reddish Gold. The detail parts such as the rocker covers and breather cap were sprayed in Tamiya TS-52 Candy Lime Green.



The engine block, cylinder heads water coolers and the water pump housing were sprayed in Tamiya TS-55 Dark Blue. The front half pulley was sprayed in Reddish Gold.



This photo shows the cylinder heads and the rocker covers glued together.

The first photo shows a nearly complete rear axle assembly. The rear radius arms, quick change rear end and cover have all been sprayed in Bright Metallic Silver. The Rear axle housing was sprayed in Reddish Gold and the rear spring was sprayed in Garden Green.

I still have to add the rear brake plates and drums, axle stubs and the metal rear axle.



The second photo shows the steering arms, intake manifolds and the back half pulley, all of which were sprayed in Garden Green. The idler arm were sprayed in TS-55 Dark Blue.



The third and final photo shows the front and rear brake plates, which were sp[rayed in Tamiya TS-52 Candy Lime Green. The gas cap was sprayed in Tamiya TS-30 Silver Leaf.

where do you guys get all this Tamiya paint putty and stuff I heard its really great but where can you buy it?

If you are in the states, look for a Hobbytown and you will be all set with anything Tamiya has pretty much.

This bis the latest upadte, which shows the dsahboard, steering wheel rim and the interior parts, which have been sprayed in Tamiya TS-12 Orange
