How do I change this?

I have a 1999 3.5 Olds Intrigue. I have the new outer tie rod end just not to sure how to change out the old and new. Can anyone help me with this? I am hoping to knock this out in a hour or so. Thanks in advance to any comments given.

Welcome to AF. Pretty straight forward, loosen the lock nut first, use a fork to wedge the tie rod out of the knuckle, make sure to measure the distance from the back of the tie rod lock nut to the last thread on the rod to get the toe in close as possible, before you do anything.
