92 accord #2 missing

To all thank you in advanced for any and all help.

I have a 92 accord 2.2 283,000 miles give or take a few hundred miles. It is only running on 3 cylinders. I have done all the checks according to the Haynes manual.
While running I unplug the #2 injector and it has no effect on how the engine is running.

1. While running put a stethoscope to all injectors and can hear the #2 clicking.

2. Checked the resistance of the injector ( actually swapped it with another) problem stayed at number 2.

3.Checked the resistor for the injectors it is good.

The only thing I did not do was hook up a noid light to check for voltage, however I do hear the injector clicking.

Checked for continuity between the PGM ECU red wire (A3) to red wire on #2 injector/ checked ok.

Checked for continuity of red/black wire of #2 injector to connector of fuel injector senor (#6) / checkedc ok.

I am down to replacing the PGM ECU. I have replaced computers before with no help. (did not have this resource) So now I am going out to you and asking for any adviced.

I would agree. It sounds like you've thoroughly tested the injector for proper operation, and given that the other cylinders *are* firing implies that those cylinders are getting fuel, so the normal route of testing for fuel pressure could probably be skipped IMO. Congratulations at not just throwing parts at it thus far. I think it would be wise to now verify that you're getting spark to that cylinder. There's many ways to do that; I like using my timing light, as it's quick and easy, but a voltmeter should work as well.

Just curious....was there something that led you to believe the fuel delivery was the problem? 'Cause 98% of time, a hard misfire is gonna be spark related...
