CryO2 System?

I have a stock 91 stealth es and want cheap power and was looking through jcwhitney catalog a found a CryO2 system, its says its easier, cheaper, faster than NOS, i was wondering if this is what they say it is, does it actually work, and would i have to do any engine upgrades? thanx

The CryO2 system is a system used to spray liquid CO2 on your intercoolers to cool them down before making a pass down the track or wherever since intercoolers can get heat soaked. You having an ES, you don't have intercoolers so it would just be a waste of your money.

Re: CryO2 System?

and thats a complete rip-off anyways. You can make that kit for 1/2 the price, probably even 1/3.

makes me wanna get out my old paintball stuff and hook up a 20oz, lol. See how much of a difference i can notice.

make sure your engine is in good working order before you throw nitrous at it. I recommend doing the 60/120k tuneup (covered in the faq). Also always make sure you have the proper fuel upgrades when using nitrous. Talk to Terry (the owner of above website) and see what all he recommends. He's running nitrous on his NA engine as well...so he can tell you from personal experience.

-15Gs, 3sx aluminum pulley, FMIC, SAFC, walboro pump, EVO 560ccs, and Meth Injection Kit all waiting to go in shortly.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

Re: CryO2 System?

in addition to the 60k/120k tuneup, i recommend doing a compression test on all cylinders, just to see how healthy your rings are.
