Shaking

My steering wheel shakes at 60 Mph but seems fine at slower speeds. Do I need an alignment or something?

Re: Shaking

You would need to check for the tire balance and/or front end alignment.

EDIT: You might also want to check the lower ball joints for wear.

Re: Shaking

Alignment will most times not cause the shaking you describe. I would suspect the tires are out of balance. For more information, check out the following article from TrustMyMechanic.com.
