help sierra efi to 40s

i have a sierra efi 2 litre ohc pinto and would like to fit my twin 40s . My problem is that i have no return from the carbs to go back to the tank. Also my car has a high pressure fuel pump so i have bought a facet fuel pump which is adjustable from 4 to 8 psi i am told i need a pressure regulator . Please could any one tell me what else i need and how to plum in the pressure regulator .
