95 Town Car Engine Light

Is there a way to pull MIL codes off of a 95 Town Car without a scan tool. I am hoping I can pull it throught the digital HVAC controls, or jumping pins on the OBD connector.

WELCOME !!

No. The 1995 Town Car is (1996) OBDii compliant. You must have a scanner to get the codes. As an alternative to buying one, Autozone and other popular chain stores offer to pull your codes for free. They give you a printed ticket of the codes and their definitions.
