It will fit with some changes.The gear ratio is differant,there is a metal tag on the transmission near the passenger side axle area.it will read AF,BW,etc and look on the tag for the those two letter.It will come up to Something like AFW,BWD,etc.That tells what the gear ratio is.The transmission will not shift if it is the wrong gear ratio,change the final drive is the fix on that and take a look at the plug in too.The electrical might have to be changed too
