The 1970 Chevelle

I've always loved that Chevelle, more then any of the other styles. I was in Masaponix (spelling), right where the sniper shot someone at the Exxon. The whole gas station was taped off by the police, news reporters up there, etc etc. I was heading over to the car show today and a little car lot caught my attention as we passed that Exxon. There was a bunch of nice looking cars back there, some bright pink 1950's Ford F100, a 2001 yellow Corvette, some 70's year Turbo Trans Am, said Pace Car on the side of it, and from a far a nice looking 1970 Chevelle SS black with white stripes. After the car show I headed over to that lot, most of the cars were pretty beat up, bad paint jobs, rust, the Chevelle was no exception. I'm taking a look at all these cars, I happen to try and open the driver's side door to the Chevelle, and it opened. Heh heh you damn well know I got in that sucker. I get in there the console looks a little busted up, dirty, but I didn't fuckin care. It just felt damn good being inside that car. It didn't feel as big as I thought it was, actually it looked as small as my Trans Am, but easier to get in to and less crammed in. That just made me love the car more then I already do, one of these days....I'd love to find a 454 to buy.

Its too bad the guy wasn't there I would of like to of taken it for a test drive even though it was junky. It was only a 350 and Automatic as well, blah. It might of had some pep to it though who knows, the engine was somewhat new.

Ugh I want one so badly now. I see a lot on ebay with 454's and a few 396's. So nice and completely redone, damn it if I only had around 20,000 bucks to cough up.

I've seen the sig pic of it. I have no clue what year that is I'm guessing 65? The rear end taillights and the such look like a 65 GTO.

I like the 1970 Chevelle, I didn't exactly like that one. TOO much repair was needed, I mean a complete restoration. The paint was bubbled up and shitty, rust all on the chrome, inside was banged up and disgusting. The thing was junk but I was feelin it when I climbed inside. What I meant by that was the car didn't feel big and clunky, pretty good visibility, comfortable seats though kinda stained and in terrible shape. I'd rather save up my money and find one in better shape. It's not so hard to find a 1970 Chevelle SS, just the cost will be a lot higher for a nicer one.

Yeah it looked like that but it was black and the SS emblems on the side were missing.
