Thanks for the responses.
OK, to clarify my question. I got some Projector Headlights for my 79 Camero. The Headlights had a blue small light mounted at the bottom inside with separate wires going to it. Someone said these were City Lights?? I was wondering what that meant or how these work?

i believe they're like dRLs. they stay on all the time.. why they're called city lights? beats me, maybe cuz yure not supposed to high beaming shit..
