Customizing

i just got a 2000 limited 4runner. i would like to:

1. Replace factory speakers-just something with alot better quality. i dont want the whole box in back.

2.replace cd player-i dont really like the one i got. something that works with my ipod.

3. Put on a Brush/Grill guard-i want something black.

4. Tires-i would like to go up a inch or so-nothing too agressive but not street slicks.

I would appreciate every comment or suggestion. oh, and like every normal human...i want to do this the cheapest possible. thanks

also, it has a remote start, but it doesnt work. the horn will sound 2or3 times but wont start. any suggestions?
