buy or not buy

NEED OPINION.....

I looked at a 2000 chysler concorde LXI.... 3.2L with 66000 miles on it.... The asking price is around 7 grand.... i really like the car and the low miles for that year... The only thing i found wrong on it is that the ac pump is froze up and needs replaced... That was priced at 700 to fix... Should i Buy the car... Are these transmissions in these car gonna hold up?? Is the 3.2L engine gonna hold up... I know its nearly 100 times better than the 2.7. I just need a good reliable car and through past history with cars i keep getting burned... Please feel free to voice opinions on likes and dislikes on the particular model of car.... Thank-you
