My 1984 Corvette won't start and Clutch won't release fully

I have a 1984 Chevrolet Corvette that won't start and Clutch won't release fully. It has 100,000 miles. The car was running perfect fine before, and we drove it around town, and the clutch sounded fine and was working good. Then we went on vacation, and the car haven’t been started the over 2 month. My dad tried to start the car and the car wouldn’t start. So I had my cousin come over and lifted the front of the car up to see if the starter was bad, he hooked up the wires and started the car touching the 2 wires to get the car going. The car ran fine but the clutch won’t go into gear while the motor was running, we turned off the car and tired with the ignition and same thing won’t start. What I did noticed was the it would go into 1st, 2nd etc. gears when the motor is off, but when the motor is on it won’t go into gears completely grinding if you force it into gear. The clutch pedal is only able to go 3 inches down when it should be even with the brake, it needs to go back up another 2-3 inches. I was told that we can free the clutch if we were to keep the car in first gear when it is off, and start the car and give it a lot of gas and it will free up the clutch. Of course the rear will be in the air for that too happen or nothing in front of the car... Is this true or do I have to go in and take out the transmission and find out what’s the problem is inside? My cousin thinks it the clutch pedal it self is bent, to me the clutch pedal is not bent and looks like it was the way it was before; plus It would take a super strength person like superman to bend the clutch pedal! We put a new Master cylinder for the clutch and bled the system same thing, clutch won’t release fully I’d would appreciate your suggestions thanks.
