Motor and trans swap

Does anyone know if I would have any problems swapping a 1994 seville 4.6L with a 4.6L out of a 2000 out of a dts?

Welcome to AF.The electronics, harness, pcm and sensors all different at minimum. I would think the mounts an subframe may be an issue as well.

Yeah, they are two very different engines and controls. I also think the mounts were changed around the year 2000.
