new addition to the setup

nothing special. Well i guess in the land of bov's its a nice one. But here it is. Tial has some nice quality pieces. I like how they look and are made compared to all the other bov's i have personally seen. (hks, greddy, apex, sard)...although the sard r2d2 bov does look pretty nice. I almost just picked that one up at a local shop, but i wanted to match my bov and wastegate because im a ricer lol.

i know i know haha, i cant wait to get it all going either. I took a long break from it. I just hate working in the damn cold. But now its warming up so im gonna start on it again. Im going to try and get a few things that i need just so its driveable again. Rear rotors, test pipe, put the brakes on and mount a seat back up, get tires.

The turbo setup is far from done......i still need engine internals too. That will come together in time. I want to get it driveable again so i can work out the bugs with any of the parts that i have already put on. That way when the motor is ready to be put in, i wont have to worry about anything going wrong except motor stuff.

Re: new addition to the setup

No i dont have another ka. I do have a head though. I blew my first ka in my hatch. I salvaged the head/cams/valvecover and everything else stock in the head. The block i would have, but i blew a fist sized hole in the side of it haha. I still have to pull my motor, send it to machine shop, and build it.......not to mention paint the bay.

Re: new addition to the setup

i just realized that BOV uses a small V-band to mount, awesome idea. Does it have a small o-ring or gasket to get a proper seal?
