to access all kia manuals. However the instructions to access blower motor are out of proportions. Several kiaowners have removed the motor unit just by crawling under the dash and taking s few bolts and nuts away and reported that is a good idea to remove some leaves and other debris from the inside of that area. I've not done it myself..yet.

Thanks for information. To provide additional info, blower worked only on high, then quit completely. I noticed during troubleshotting that when engine was running, and turned fan switch to high, there was a noticable change in engine speed, like there was a current draw somewhere causing the engine to slow down a bit.

Could be motor OR the blower motor resistor that controls speeds of the motor. That is located right next to the blower motor itself.
