Exclamation Help can't go any further?

Help I am trying to get my motor and trans out so that i can put in my new ZC but i can not get the Role pin out of the tans link is there a trick to this any help would be great that is the only thing keeping me from getting the motor out.

Ahh, I love that problem.

This way works fine also:

Undo the link at the shifter. Make sure the front of the car is jacked up high enough. Then just pull the motor and trans out, with the link attached to the trans. Make sense?

will it twist and turn so that it will all come out of the engine bay. i am doing this bymyself so i have to make every thing as easy as can be.

Yep, I did mine myself. Just make sure you have the front of the car up as high as it will go.

The joint on the shif linkage, next to the pin, angles pretty damn good.

The motor is out and on the ground and all cleaned up under the hood ready for the zc hope to set it back in tonight. did you leave the rod on twhen you put the motor back in?

I was in a hurry, so I didnt want to drill the pin out, and replace it.
