94 caprice ls 4.3v8 swap with LT1 will not start
My car will not start i have fuel pressure and sparks but the car will not turn over, unless i spray starter fluid in it and then it only runs for a minute or so. I have tested everything i can think of anybody have any suggestions what should be my next step.

1 - "does not turn over" means does not crank. "Does not start" is your problem.
2 - Double-check ALL of your wiring - the engine PCM harness, the engine wiring harness, etc. You DID update the PCM for the new engine, didn't you?

Im not sure what the pcm is it the main computer if so i changed it

PCM = powertrain control module - yes, this is the engine/transmission computer. You did get the right one for the engine, right? You did make sure that the system is fully connected and operational, no?

What happens to the "Security" lamp when you turn on the ignition (without starting the engine)?
