ABS light on 95 dodge caravan

ok, ya'll have been great with my fuel problems and what so here is another one..the ABS light comes on seconds after starting the van with a short motor hum then the hum goes away and the light stays on....any comments?

I'd check vacumn lines and the fuse in the power center.
