Re: 92 lumina no air out of vents at all

The HVAC actuators are operated by vacuum. If there is no vacuum supplied to the dash switch, the system will default to the DEFROST position. Check the small vacuum line under the hood that runs from the engine to the interior. Time and heat will rot the plastic/rubber lines. Auto parts stores carry new vacuum line. Cut out the bad section of line and slip the new line over the existing line at each end.

Re: 92 lumina no air out of vents at all

I have had same problem few days ago and this forum guys helped me out.

First, when you open your hood, take this bowl for windshield washer out and check it out for the broken line, or take off your left front wheel and take off the plastic arround the wheel, so you can find the line out.

If it's line broken, then replace the line (I replaced few feets of vacum line) and fix your problem.

Hope this help.

Sincerely,

Dino
