Car Doesn't Start In Cold. Changed Alot Of Sensors

hello.der.. well my 90 turbo talon doesn't start in da cold. compression is good i got spark, and fuel is good too. the forum said to check the coolant temp sensor. i replaced the sensor. then the forum says to change the AIR INTAKE SENSOR. i checked the sensor its working fine i put a voltmeter and checked resistance after using a hair dryer.. please help cant figure out wats wrong.

changde plugs and wires and check firing order

Did you verify that the new Coolant Temp Sensor is working properly. Do you have access to a logger?
