Idler arm opinion
97' Blazer. 4x4. I want to replace the Idler arm. Upper and lower ball joints have been replaced recently { Moog }. Which are better to get, Rock auto has Moog or AC Delco. Rock auto has one from Moog that says, "problem solver" What does that mean? Thanks for the input.

Re: Idler arm opinion
May be a improved type.
Ask them and see what they say. I like the ones with a grease zert on them the best.

Re: Idler arm opinion
The Moog “problem solver” is an improved design as MT said. Federal Mogul makes Moog, and they are an OEM supplier. The problem solver is a much better design than the original Moog part. The Delco doesn't even come close to the Moog. It has grease zerts for the bushing and the joint to the connecting rod, and has a lifetime guarantee. Delco might have 90 days, or at best, 1 year. It’s a no brainer.
