90 Topaz Passenger Door Handle Issue

My passenger door is stuck shut and I have no clue what I should do. I think the door can lock and unlock but the handle on the outside of the door is umm...stuck in a up position. I guess thats the best way to describe it. Can anyone give me any hints on what I need to do so I can open the door again?

Sounds like the only thing you can do is to take off the door panel and see whats binding. Might WD-40 it.
