Shift Knob

First off, I want to say hello. I recently purchased a 05 sunfire with a 5 speed. I like it alot better than my last car (99 Chrysler Sebring). Every mod I did with that car was a nightmare. This motor looks alot easier to mod. It is a 2.2 liter ecotec engine.

Second, I want to change the shift knob, but i can't seem to find any with a pull up reverse. Can anyone help me?

Pull up reverse? I never heard of that one...

yeah, to put the car in reverse, you have to pull up on this little thing right below the knob. it actually goes into the know too.

get a B&M to replace the whole shifter, because you cannot remove the knob itself without destroying the knob, and cutting it off. you can remove the reverse lock if you want by cutting the plastic piece off that blocks it. remove the cover, and just follow the platic piece down and cut it off where it locks.

you will hear 938923749813293 people tell you that you can pull some pin out of the shift knob and it will come off but theres no pin..anywhere
