oil leaks

alright i have two oil leaks (i think) one of them i know for sure is comming out of the fill cap on the top of the motor. i dont know why its leaking from there. is it possable the seal is no good anymore? or is there to much air being pushed in there from something from the turbos? and the other one is somewere in the the motor. because for some reasion every time i hit the gast with a load on it it smokes. when its just in nutural or with the clutch on its fine. and it wants to stall alot more also. i have no idea why but it just like stalling now. if anyone has any ideas or suggestions let me know im willing to try just about anything. thanks

the seal on the oil cap can leak if its worn out. I've seen it before. As far as blowing smoke out of the exhaust, make sure that its a blue colored smoke, otherwise its not oil. If it is indeed a blue colored smoke, I would first be thinking that a seal inside your turbo is going bad and your starting to blow oil. Of course it can happen as well if some of the seals in your heads are going bad (i believe the valve stems, can't remember its been a while), but its more likely to be the turbos. If its happening on the compressor side, you can a lot of times see an excessive amount of oil in the intercooler pipes.
