Air conditioner problems

I have a 99 ram 1500 Club cab with a 5.2. This week I turned on the AC and the compressor is not engaging. Could this be as simple as a fuse or where should I start looking.

There is a saftey switch on the system that keeps the pump from running if the freon is low. Maybe it only needs charged.

I had a horn go bad and pop the fuse under the hood, Then my ac would not work. If your horn dont work try this fuse.
