DAMNIT!!!!!! dumb ass people!!

Well. I am driving down the road right.. its raining cold water the road is really wet.. and i am just driving the one lane road turns into a 2 lane road about 40 feet before a intersection and the car in front of me is going like 20 miles an hour in a 30.. so i pass him on the right side (in the new lane) and i get going like 40 (the normal speed to traval on that road) and as i am aproching the intersection the mother fucker in the turn lane that is facing me decides he wants to go!!!!! and of course after he gets into the middle of the fucking intersection he decides its probably a bad idea to turn so he stops right in my lane!!! i slamed on the brakes but it didnt matter i fucking T boned that son of a bitch! his air bags went off.. and was so pissed!! do you know how many fucking hours i have into my damn car!! RHD conversion is very very very time consuming!! and lots of money!! my brand new FMIC is now smashed into the radiator and not that i want to but i dont think it is possible to get out out of the radiator...
then the guy gets out and is like ahhh my back!! and i was like fuck you peice of shit! i was about to kick the shit out of him.. but then i calmed down and relized ok.. i dont have to pay for anything.. and i get a new 99 Conversion if they dont total it out.. and i work at the dealership.. so i get every thing way cheep! so i can pocket some money too.. and if they do.. i am going to fight and fight to get some money out of it and i am going to go by my RX7..
the guy was telling the oficer i was going 80 mph haha the oficer just looked at him and was like.. yeah.. ok.. and then he comes up to me and we find out that the ticket i payed over the phone (that has cleared my bank account now) didnt show up as paid and was now a warrent.. so then then i call my ex girl friend.. and she is on a date with some guy and they bolth come to and the guy she was with pulled out money from an atm to bail me out (that sucks ass) because they only take cash!!.. AHHHHHH!!!!!

Man that sucks, you barely even got to enjoy the RHD! Didn't you just finish that not too long ago?

That's almost exactly how my first accident was, 'cept the guy did the same thing, only later, and t-boned me.

Sounds like a really bad night, hope you get a '99 conversion out of it!

That sucks duder. I hope you come out of it all ok.

I've never been in any accidents *knock on wood* but I have people cutting me off and trying to change lanes on top of me all the time. The place I live is notorious for bad drivers though.

sorry for all the bad words.. I am still kinda bent out of shape.. There insurance is still deciding whos falt it is.. It should be a no brainer if you ask me.. but I might just be thinking that cause I am involved.. what do you guys think?

they take any pictures as proof of who was at fault or whatever? what did your insurance dude say?

like you said...i would have probably killed the guy, especially if he insinuated he was in any way NOT at fault.

really sucks when shit like that happens...especially when you have so much custom work. Well, like you said. Enjoy your new '99 front end lol.

You had right of way, he was the one turning, so it's up to him to decide when it is safe to turn...seems like a no-brainer to me. If I were you, I'd make sure my neck adn back were ok (cough, hint, cough). If the guy wants to pull that crap, I'd be doing him one better...lying on the ground waiting for a strecher. Best of luck man, that really sucks that somebody's stupidity cost you so much time, sweat and blood. Good job not killing him...seriously.

Yeah, the flow of traffic ALWAYS has the right of way. He was at fault, no question. Didn't the cop give him a ticket and deem him at fault? If not, he should have.

Sorry to hear about that man. Not a good time for 3Ss in Utah. I wrecked mine, you wrecked yours, and on the news Tuesday night I saw that a green R/T TT was hit by a semi.

Good luck with the insurance and car. I know mine has been a major headache.

Yeah i made a claim against his insurance company and they said they have to get a copy of the police report to find whos falt it is.. because the guy is saying it is my fault.. and he has witenesses (with jerking off motion) The witnesses are his friends and i told them that and he said if that is true and they say that in the recodred interview then every thing is disregarded.. but even then i dont know what they could say to make it my fault.. they didnt take any pictures or anything..

i agree. its not the place of the insurance company to cast blame, but rather that of the police officer. its a pretty clear cut case: you had the right of way, therefore its his fault. don't let these bastards screw you over and take advantage of you. as Igovert said, if they claim injury, make sure to one-up them.

The guy got a ticket for failure to yealled.? but the officer said the insurance company still can dispute and come to there own conclusion.. i dont know how much i belive the cop was kinda a boner and I think he was new.. im not that knowledgable when it comes to car crashes.. haha cause he got that ticket does that mean its there fault? or was the cop right?

yeah i got a ticket for no proff of insurance in my car.. and my driver licence expired on my bday and didnt get it renewed yet but he said thats not a big deal he said just renew it and the judge should drop it..

just wondering why were you going so fast 40mph on a 30mph zone while it's raining

but anyways hope things turnout all right and it sounds like hes at fault not you... that would be bada** if you get an RX7

Find out when his court date is, and see if you can go in and act as a witness against him. Make sure his ticket doesn't get tossed/reduced, but that the ticket holds up, there isn't much he can do to claim it's your fault when he has a failure to yield ticket and you don't have a speeding ticket or anything.
