Problem With 97 Sierra
This Only Happens After The Truck Has Been Sitting All Day Or All Night. When I Start To Back Up I Can Move Like 5 Feet And I Get Stopped Died In My Tracks. Put Then I Can Put It In Drive And Pull Forward And Then Back Up And It's Perfectly Fine. It Dosn't Make Any Noise Or Anything. It Seems To Me The Back Brakes Are Locking Up, What Do You Guys Think? What Do You Think Might Help The Problem?

When I Back Up It Seems Like Someone Just Pressed Down My E-brake And Stops Dead In My Tracks.

Re: Problem With 97 Sierra
When this happens jack up the rear see if the rr wheels turn freely, step one in the diagnostics.

Re: Problem With 97 Sierra
I Sold The Truck So The Problem Is Not Mine Anymore. But I Talked To A Mechanic Which Is A Friend Of The Family About It And He Saw It In Action, Said It Looked Like The E-brake Was Locking Up.
