Surprised how this car pulls in 2nd
The shift with the 4.2 is nice and crisp with a lot of pull going into second gear. My civic EX, v6 taurus and even my V6 Mustang didnt pull as well as this car does in second. This 2.4 is stronger than i thought it would be. Must be the gearing.

Could be the gearing or you underestimated that engine.... I know the feeling dropping it into second at about 50-60 km/h and the thing pulls pretty hard.
