Tough problem here!
My 93 integra has a big problem. Ever since I've bought it last year, the third brake light stays on when the lights are on and has no effect when I hit the brakes, just stays on. When hitting the brakes, the clock dims really bad and the corner lights turn on. Is there a relay or harness that controls these things cause i got pulled over the other day and I really need to fix it but I'm clueless. So you guys are good, what could it possibly be?

Are you sure it is just the 3rd light? Have someone watch the other brake lights too, they are probaly staying on also. If this is the problem check your brake switch it is underneath just follow the brake pedal up. You will see the switch see if the button is in all the time, if that is the case adjust it, if bad replace and adjust.
