Cant Turn Immoboliser Off!!!

alrite peeps i have a bad problem
my key pad immoboliser wont turn off it wont even make the bleep sounds when I press the buttons.
its asif the key pad is totally dead.
when i switch my igniton on the red lite still flashes instead ov just stayin on
Any1 have any ideas???
