Best Vacation Ever!
So, this guy's been in Florida for 2 days on vacation...

An arrest report says Vegard Svarstad was blocking traffic at a DeLand intersection early Saturday. When police Lieutenant David Heinig stopped at the intersection, he told Svarstad to continue across the street. Instead, Heinig says the man started to dance around, pulled down his pants and mooned the officer. Svarstad was charged with disorderly intoxication and taken to jail on a 250-dollar bond. At a first-appearance hearing later Saturday, Svarstad said he was preparing to return to Norway. A State Attorney's spokeswoman says prosecutors decided that his night in jail was sufficient punishment. They dropped the charge and released him.

Haha, yeah...I found out he hadn't even been here 2 days. He arrived Friday, went out drinking that night, got arrested, spent the rest of the night in jail. He's still here, jumping. We have the newspaper article taped up in the windows at work....he's the hero.
It's pretty traditional for at least one Norgie to get arrested when they're here, this is the funniest reason yet though.

Yeah quit buying votes, the Norsemen have arrived and with them are the alcohol fueled antics that some uptight people can't handle.
Just remember, their people used to rape and pillage your people. Be glad they're only drinking, mooning, and skydiving, and that they're doing it in the US.
