Cool Spooky Interior lights

Several times a week I look out and see my interior lights are on.
Sometimes they fade out while I'm watching. Is this a battery issue? Is my alternator sending hints about failing.
Coincidentally, the car seems to 'miss' at low rpms ... related? unrelated?

Re: Spooky Interior lights

Sound like a funky lighting module. Have it tested with a compatible scantool.
