Torque Specs

Can anyone help me out with some torque specs, or tell me where I can get them quickly:

Crankshaft pulley bolt
Exhaust Camshaft Timing Sprocket bolt

I'm putting things back together tonight and I would like to get these two bolts to spec if at all possible. Thanks.
