Hard Tonneau Cover - Which is the best?

I'm hoping some of you can point me in the direction of what hard fiberglass tonneau cover I should buy. I want something that doesn't stick out and flows with the other lines of the truck. Also needs to lock without worry and be durable. I want something that will open with ease...do they make electric open or something along those lines?

I'm all sorts of lost on this subject, so any help (at all) will greatly be appreciated.

Personally, I prefer the hard folding K cover over everything else I've seen - it locks, its water tight, handles snow and ice, made of aircraft aluminum and stainless parts, fits perfect and is totally removeable in less than 30 seconds yet can be accessed on the truck from both front and back locking covers. AND - no issues with wind, passing vehicles, and you can drive with it open or closed without worry.

Good luck with a vinyl cover in any part of the US EXCEPT southern Cali.

When it's cold out; if you pop a vinyl cover off it's near impossible to get back on...

i am looking for the 1 piece vinyl cover that attaches to the frame. and the frame is removeable in 1 piece with the cover still on it and they have gas struts on the side to hold it. i have seen them around.

Re: Hard Tonneau Cover - Which is the best?

I have and Access roll up vinyl bed cover and I bought it almost 5 years ago and it is holding up great, I live in Jersey, and through the snow, ice, rain and what everelse comes out of the sky in Jersey it looks like it did 5 years ago... It sits inside the bedrails so you still have access to the 4 pockets ontop of the bedrails.. and when you roll it up, the 5 metal poles that run across the cover under the vinyl, roll up with the cover so the bed it wide open... It let some water in, but im sure that can be fixed with some silicone around the bed...
