Tranny issue

I just recently put in a python remote start system on my 97 blazer. The problem I have is that if the system starts the vehicle then it sets all kinds of codes for the tranny. If I start it, then the codes don't set. What circuit do I need to power up in order for these codes to not set? Any electrical diagrams of the tranny circuits would be greatly helpful.

Re: Tranny issue

Double check your wiring at www.bulldogsecurity.com. Did you hook up both ignition wires? Neutral safety switch?

Re: Tranny issue

Thanks goser. The python book says nothing about needing to power the tranny at start up. I'll give it a shot and post results.
