Problems With 306

Hey all, i have a few problems with my 306 1.9 TD Phase 2. They are as follows:
1. The car has started pulling sharply to the right, i have changed the front struts + wishbones (This seemed to stop for a little while but came back soon). I have put some after-market alloys on if which the tyre are inflated to the correct pressure + are also balenced.
2. The heater only works on two settings, 1 + 2 so the car doesn't get warm for a long time (Great in this type of weather!)
3. The rev counter doesnt work, ive been told it could have something to do with a plug on the alternator, possibly oil it (any help on which pulg, if this is true, would be helpful).
Any help for these problems would be greatly received
