Re: how to adjust the headlights?
Headlamps are aligned with a special, (quite expensive) tool that attaches to the headlamp lenses. The hood must be opened for access to the adjustment screws. The screws are inverted torx, and are located in the headlamp housings. There are two adjustment screws on each headlamp housing. One adjusts the lamp vertically, the other, horizontally. The high and low beam lamps are in the same housing, so the adjustments affect both high and low beam alignment.

Re: how to adjust the headlights?
As a bodyman with access to all the expensive pieces of shit, I mean equipment, I can tell you from experience, a flat wall at ten feet, or cardboard, or whatever will show your lights BEAM, at ten feet or so, adjust your lights to be at approximately the same hieght, from ground. the BEAM will will be obvious as it is the brightest concentration of light.
